If you decide to cancel your order before the service provider arrives or commences work, a nominal cancellation fee of up to 3% of your total order value (including all taxes) will be deducted to cover administrative costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In the event that you request cancellation after the service has already begun, we will assess the portion of work completed by our provider and calculate a refund accordingly. The value of the service rendered will be deducted from your total order amount, and a minimum administrative fee of ₹100 may apply. We aim to process these partial refunds within 10 business days of your cancellation request. If, for any reason, the service provider must cancel before arriving at your location—whether due to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances—you will receive a full 100% refund of your order value, including all taxes and fees. This full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. To initiate a cancellation, simply log in to your Haiga.com account, navigate to ‘My Orders,’ select the relevant order, and click ‘Cancel.’ Once we confirm your cancellation, we will automatically begin processing your refund and notify you by email when it is complete. Please note that if a customer is not available at the scheduled service time and fails to notify us at least two hours in advance, the full service fee may be charged. In the rare case of force majeure events—such as natural disasters or severe weather—cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion, and we will work with you to reschedule the service.
