Haiga.com (“Haiga,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time; we will post a revised “Last updated” date when changes occur, and your continued use signifies acceptance. To use Haiga, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. You will register by providing your name, valid email address, phone number, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Haiga.com connects customers seeking home and personal services—such as electricians, plumbers, cooks, and general labor—with independent third-party service providers. All descriptions of services, prices, and scheduling are supplied by those providers; Haiga does not guarantee any specific outcome beyond facilitating the booking. At the time of booking, you will see the total fee, including any applicable taxes, and you authorize us to charge that amount to your chosen payment method through secure third-party processors. An electronic receipt will be sent once payment is authorized. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to balance fairness and transparency. If you cancel before the service provider’s arrival, we deduct a nominal 3% fee (inclusive of taxes) and refund the remaining within 5–7 business days. Should you cancel after any portion of the service has been rendered, we assess the value of work completed, subtract that amount (plus a minimum ₹100 administrative fee) from the total, and refund the balance within 10 business days. If the provider cancels before delivery, you receive a full 100% refund—including taxes—within 3–5 business days. You agree to use Haiga responsibly and not for any illegal, harassing, or defamatory activities. Impersonation, misrepresentation, or interference with the Service is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account. Service providers engaged through Haiga are independent contractors; Haiga neither controls nor supervises their work. Any dispute between customer and provider must be resolved directly, although we may offer informal assistance. All content on Haiga.com—trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software—is owned by Haiga or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; Haiga’s liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Service is capped at the amount you paid in the six months preceding the claim. In no event will Haiga be liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify Haiga, its affiliates, and their personnel against any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, and the updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms and any disputes hereunder are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
